Information collected
The enquiry form collects the name, contact detail, preferred branch, interest and optional message you submit. It also stores the page the enquiry came from, a creation time and an internal follow-up status. Do not submit medical or highly sensitive information.
Why it is used
The information is used to respond to your request about membership, a trial or day pass, personal training, classes or another gym question. The website does not sell these details.
Storage and anti-abuse
Enquiries are stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database. A one-way hash of the contact field is used temporarily to limit repeated submissions; the site does not intentionally store visitor IP addresses or browser user-agent strings in the lead record.
Analytics
The site emits first-party events for important actions such as calls, directions, Instagram clicks, form starts and completed enquiries. An analytics service is not enabled unless the site owner configures one. Avoid placing submitted contact details in analytics.
Retention and requests
Until the owner confirms a formal policy, the recommended operational rule is to delete unsuccessful enquiries after 12 months and retain member records only under the gym’s applicable business and legal requirements.
